involving all types of losses, we bring an exceptional capability of claims

Katrina, we successfully managed over 6,000 commercial property losses and over

Local Storm Office:
Our immediate response, boots on the ground approach to catastrophic events is
the difference we provide to our clients in establishing preliminary reserves.
In a major event such as Katrina, we established a local storm office and
encourage our clients to set-up a desk in that office. We find this partnership
& collaborative effort serves everyone’s needs best – providing the best

Claim Management System:
Our state-of-the-art claim management system provides Home Office management
with up to the minute reserve information and immediate notification when a
large loss is recognized. Our web-based systems eliminate redundancy and allow
you instant access to our file notes and reporting.
If email is a problem during a major event, no worry, you can pull your reports
down from our system at anytime. Services are scaleable depending on your needs!
